In addition to leading sales, Frank is the CEO of MDF Development—one of the Valley’s premier luxury homebuilders. Identifying a need for more sophisticated representation in high-end real estate, he launched The Builders Group to elevate the client experience and bring expert insight to both buying and selling luxury properties.

With over $100 million in personal real estate investments over the past five years, Frank takes a highly analytical, investment-driven approach. Most recently, Frank made headlines with the sale of Arizona’s most expensive residential lot—a 1.25-acre parcel that sold for $7 million, setting a state record at $129 per square foot for undeveloped land.
