About Frank

Frank DiMaggio is a multifaceted entrepreneur whose career spans professional athletics, real estate development, hospitality, and technology. A Mizuno First-Team All-American in high school baseball, he earned a full athletic scholarship to Northwestern University before attending the University of Delaware’s Business School. From 1997 to 1999, Frank played professional baseball, including a stint with the Quebec Capitales in the Northern League. After hanging up his cleats, he worked for corporate giants Johnson & Johnson and Stryker Corporation before founding the real estate tech platform iLiveThereToo.com, which built micro-social networks within apartment communities.

Frank later transitioned into high-end real estate and luxury development, co-founding MDF Development with his wife, Lauren Wallace. He also served as Managing Partner of Compass Arizona and helped launch The Builders Group, earning a reputation for record-breaking sales and landmark residential deals. In addition to his real estate ventures, Frank is a partner in DiMaggio’s Italian Restaurant in Scottsdale, where he helped rebrand the neighborhood favorite with a focus on elevated, family-style Italian cuisine. His diverse professional background has also led to several television appearances. Frank lives in Paradise Valley Farms with Lauren and their son, Walker, where he continues to merge his passions for design, development, and family into everything he does.
